Shipping and refunds
Shipping
We ship to the United States using US Postal Service. No international shipping. We are not responsible for USPS shipping delays and there are no guarantees on shipping speed. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days from receipt of payment. Please allow between 3-7 business days to receive your order. Once your order is submitted, we can not accept any changes or cancellations. If purchasing 4 or more items, they will be shipped in a small box. If purchasing 3 or fewer items, they will be shipped in a padded envelope.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Our personal care products cannot be restocked or resold, so we can not accept returns.
Your satisfaction is our goal and we believe that you will love our products, however, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of our product, please let us know. Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving and contact us within (3) days if your order is incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at bubblehavensoapery@gmail.com
Damaged or Stolen Items
We make certain that your items are well packaged when shipped from us. We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for items damaged by USPS or any other shipping provider. Bubble Haven Soapery is not responsible for lost or stolen items once shipped.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
